1.   You can cancel or reschedule a lesson but you must do this the day before the lesson is scheduled to take place.  Otherwise, you will lose that lesson from your package.

2.   Refunds for lessons bought as a package are not possible.  However, you can buy individual lessons at the standard price and the trial lesson is free.

3.   The Feedback and Study Plan provided at the end of each lesson may be given on a separate sheet or at the top of your Lesson Document.

4.   It is not possible to share lessons bought as a package.  They can be used by one person only.

5.   All prices on this site are for individual lessons.  Group lessons work out cheaper per person, but are priced differently from those shown.
